09/22/2009 - Mobile Partner Manager Support Ticket enhancement!

Mobile Partner Manager allows the partner user to create trouble tickets for their customer base. We have recently added a feature to our trouble ticket support program that allows the user to update the customer by email when a trouble ticket has been closed. 09/16/2009 - Mobile Partner Manager (MPM) Updates!

Partners can now add and manage programs in MPM! This new feature will allow partners to have complete control over how orders are processed, whether they do it themselves, or by using Order Experts. Partners who utilize Mobile Partner Manager for order processing can track orders by program, customer name, order number, batch, ESN, mobile number or several other key data points.

8/31/2009 - Shopping Cart Updates - Order Experts is constantly improving our processes and our customer’s shopping experience. Recently, we have made some shopping cart improvements that we would like to share:

If the user does not select a rate plan for their phone, a message will appear when they try to checkout, letting them know the phone will not work without a rate plan. The user can check a box acknowledging they want a "cold phone" and then proceed. This should help cut down on orders where the user forgot their plan.

When a credit card is required, all other fields involving the CC are now also required.

We have implemented some new technology on the cart. When you click on something within the cart to make a change (shipping selection for example) and the page needs to refresh, it no longer takes you back to the top of the page.

(see below) They are then asked for information which triggers an email notification once submitted. This works great for promotions, gathering customer data, and staying in touch with your IL customers!
